Reimagining privacy compliance through AI‑assisted guidance and transparent workflows
An AI‑driven compliance system that evaluates response relevancy, rewrites unclear inputs, surfaces SME assessments, and streamlines end‑to‑end privacy reviews.
Overview
A volunteer project created in collaboration with an enterprise compliance team, focused on redesigning their privacy review workflow and building an interactive demo to validate AI‑powered guidance. The existing tool created friction on both sides: feature teams struggled to submit complete responses, and SMEs spent too much time clarifying missing information instead of reviewing.
I designed an intelligent web platform that streamlines privacy reviews with AI‑assisted validation, automated risk analysis, and role‑based workflows. The solution supports both formal reviews and quick consultations, giving teams a unified, transparent experience.

The Problem

Surface Drafts to Prevent Duplicate Work
Caption: Helping teams pick up where they left off instead of starting over.
A review of historical data showed that nearly 14% of all cases were duplicated simply because users couldn't find their existing drafts.
To eliminate this friction, I redesigned the homepage to prominently display:

- ✓Clear draft labels and timestamps
- ✓One‑click resume actions
This immediately reduced accidental duplication and restored continuity in the workflow.
